Cancellation Policy
In Stock- In stock items are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled.
Pre Order- If you wish to cancel a pre ordered item after it has been processed a 50% restocking
fee will be charged from the total payment and you will be reimbursed the remaining balance.
Back Order- If you wish to cancel an item on back order you will be charged 15% of your total payment and you will be reimbursed the remaining balance.

Shipping times are subject to stock availability. Standard shipping times for domestic deliveries are 2-3 weeks. Express shipping is only available for specific styles and designers.

Once your item has shipped from the designer you will recieve an automatic email with a tracking number included.

Sizing
Recommendations
Each designer tends to have a specific size guide, and not all designers follow size guides you normally refer to for sizing. We highly recommend reviewing the size chart before making your special occasion dress purchase.
Size Charts
Each product has a size chart available on the item page you are viewing. Select (size chart) and follow the instructions provided to determine your size.
As a general rule when in doubt of a size option, always chose the larger size.
Measurements
The size chart provides you with metric units in centimeters & inches. Keep in mind that should one measurement fit a larger size while the others fit a smaller size you will have to get the larger size to accommadate that area of the body and alter the remaining with a seamstress.
