Appointments Are Highly Recommended

To ensure you have a change room and personalized assistance, we strongly recommend booking an appointment before visiting.

Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. Please understand that appointments receive priority, and if our change rooms are fully booked or occupied, we may be unable to accommodate walk-in try-ons. In this case, our team will be happy to help you book the next available appointment.

Weekends are especially busy and often book well in advance. We encourage you to reserve your appointment as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time—especially if you have an upcoming event.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments leave an opening that could have been offered to another customer.

We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee and will be billed accordingly.
