Delivery Timeframes
• In-Stock Items: For gowns that are in stock, the average delivery time is 2–3 weeks for both domestic and international orders.
• Out-of-Stock Items: If the gown you ordered is not currently in stock, our customer service team will reach out to you with an estimated delivery date.
Please note that some gowns, especially made-to-order or special collections, may require 4–12 weeks for delivery. Refer to the product description for specific timelines.
All orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping service selected. For international shipments, delivery times can range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Please expect possible delays for all domestic and international orders from the Canadian Border Customs & Duties Agency as they are experiencing a very high volume of packages.

For international orders, customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These charges are non-refundable and will not be credited upon return.

Return Shipping & Reimbursement
Sophia’s Boutique does not reimburse return shipping charges or any taxes/duties incurred. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Liability for International Shipments
Sophia’s Boutique is not liable for any loss or damage of merchandise during international transit. We advise customers to contact their country’s customs and duty department for information on additional charges not covered by Sophia’s Boutique.
Pre-ordering allows customers to reserve items that are currently out of stock but are in production and will be available at a future date. When you place a pre-order, we will provide an estimated shipping date based on the manufacturer’s production schedule.
Please note that all pre-orders are considered final sales and cannot be canceled or refunded. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated delivery timeframe and agree to await the item’s availability.
